Buyer Wire Transfer Instructions
We recently received a wire payment from you into our Bank of America account. We are working to close this account and use Wells Fargo exclusively for receipt of payment from our buyers. Wells Fargo provides regular reporting and additional space for details allowing the transactions to be applied immediately upon receipt. We ask that all future wire transfers be sent to our Wells Fargo account. Transfers sent to Bank of America may not be applied promptly resulting in additional fees.

Important:
1. You MUST include your company name and buyer number in the wire information. If you are paying for specific vehicle, please include the lot numbers.
Example: Joe's Body Shop, Buyer 12345, lots 1122337 1144557
2. We will check on-line for incoming wire transfers throughout the day. We will apply the payment to your vehicles or put in unapplied funds.

При оплате за купленный автомобиль в платежном документе надо указать:
- название компании;
- buyer number;
- номер лота (лотов) [Lot#(Lots#)], если оплачивается несколько лотов одним платежным документом, то надо указать какая сумма за какой лот перечисляется;
Например: Название_компании , Buyer #111111, Lots #1122337, #1144557

Если оплачивается штраф, то в платежном документе надо указать:
- название компании;
- buyer number;
- в поле назначение платежа надо написать: THIS IS A FEE, DUE TO NON PAYMENT AND RELISTING FEE FOR [здесь указать номер лота]

It is also important that when paying for vehicles by wire transfer you complete the section below and fax to Buyer Services at 708-492-7999. Please ensure that we receive this information prior to our bank’s notification of receipt of your wire transfer. If we do not receive direction on how to distribute the money sent, we will apply funds at IAA’s discretion.
Please note that payments cannot be applied to your account until we receive verification from Bank of America that funds have been posted to IAA’s account.

Instructions:
1. Please fax or mail a signed copy of this sales agreement to Salvage Direct Inc.
2. Payment must be received by SalvageDirect within three (3) business days.
(Payment Options: Wire Transfer, Company Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Automatic Draft, AFC)
3. A vehicle release and title documents will be issued following verification of funds.
4. Reference your Company Name, Buyer Id and SDA# on Wire Instructions.
5. Wires should contain both numbers and be presented as stated above International wires may incur additional bank fees.
